coffee break ver: 1.28

I swear, I am so late for last week’s coffee break but I still want to post some thoughts because I like the topic.

Last week’s coffee break talks about sleeping habits. The question goes like this…

How much sleep is enough to keep you rejuvenated for the next day?

Sleeping is very important to our health. We have to sleep for at least 8-10 hours a day to keep our body healthy and rejuvenated.

During summer vacation I sleep for almost 12 hours or more a day. I sleep at around 11:00pm and then I will wake up at 2:00pm to eat my brunch. Sometimes, I even go back to sleep after I eat my lunch!! Yes, you’ve read it right! I am such a sleep addict and I admit that!

But things are different when I am back to school especially now that I am in my college years. I have to wake up earlier because I have so much stuff to do. Often times, I only have 4-6 hours of sleep a day since I often sleep at around 2:00am and that’s enough for me to keep me rejuvenated for the following day. And here’s the worst thing, sometimes, I do have my sleepless nights!! Literally sleepless nights!! Because of so many school works, I don’t have any time to sleep. Really, I am awake for almost 24 hours. So can you imagine how my eye bags look like? Hahaha…
