Happy Trip

Last May 30-31, my friends and I went on an outing at Batangas. We didn’t really plan this ahead of time that’s why we had a hard time looking for a beach resort that still has available rooms. Our target resorts were all fully booked since at that time, it was still peak season. Fortunately, we found a resort that is very affordable and offers nice services plus the place is nice and not too crowded.

So we arrived there around one o’clock in the afternoon. Though the place was just perfect for us, we were very unfortunate because the weather was not really good. It was drizzling the whole day that’s why we didn’t enjoy much swimming in the beach. I think we just stayed there for about two hours and after that we decided to stay in our room since we can’t even do water sports because of the rain and the high tide and just waited for our dinner.

Right after our dinner, the rain has stopped so we decided to go out and stayed on one of their cottages. We set up our MP3 players and speakers outside so we can have some music while we were playing cards and drinking alcohols. LOL!

The next morning, the sun was shining so we didn’t waste our time and immediately went swimming again. We were able to do some water sports like the banana boat and the pedal bike. At 12 noon, we checked out our room then we placed our things first in the car and then we went back to the beach. We started preparing to go home by 3pm and we were able to leave the resort at 5pm.

We headed to Tagaytay City to eat our dinner at Yellow Cab. We were all starving! After our dinner, we finally went home and we were able to reach our houses around 10 in the evening.

Still on a Diet

I can’t believe that my sister is still problematic with her weight problem. Yes, obviously she gained weight but I don’t think she’s too fat now. I think her weight is just fine for her since except that her tummy is really getting bigger.

And then I thought, maybe she’s just really not used with this that’s why she’s very conscious with her body now. Well I can’t blame her because before she definitely has a great body and I think she fears of gaining more and more weight.

Due to this, she truly became eager to lose weight. She’s now planning to go back to the gym with her friends and spend time playing badminton which she usually does before she has her first child. And to make it more effective, she’s even thinking of trying phenphedrine so she can lose weight faster and easier.

Well, I just wish her luck and hopefully she will be successful this time. LOL!

Almost Giving Up!

It’s already 1:35 in the morning and yet I’m still awake. Good thing that my mind is still working or else I won’t have anything to blog now.

Oh well, the big question now is why am I still awake? Maybe most of you are thinking that I am just doing some rounds and updating my blogs but the truth is I’m still in my search for algorithms for my thesis.

My gosh! To be honest I am almost giving up with my thesis even as early as now. I don’t even know how to start with this thing and sad to say I have to pass a proposal in one week. So what will happen to me now? LOL! Even my thesis partner doesn’t know how to compose and complete the whole chapter 1 of our five topics. We are really running out of time and we really have to do now before everything is too late.

So I guess I just have to lessen my blogging and focus more with our work. Maybe I have to say goodbye for now. LOL!

For Girls Only

I have to say it; I am very excited for my brother’s upcoming wedding. Actually, it is the most awaited wedding in our family because his relationship with her fiancĂ©e is about thirteen years, I guess. That’s why everyone in the family is very happy when we heard that they are finally getting married.

What makes me more excited is the fact that my future sister in law chose me to be one of her maids of honor. It is my first time because during the previous weddings that I attended, I was always a bridesmaid.

As part of my duty, I have to help the bride with all the preparations involved in the wedding including the rehearsal dinner invitations that should be distributed to the visitors at least one month before the wedding.

Furthermore, as a maid of honor, I am thinking of organizing a bridal shower for my future sister in law. But of course I cannot handle all the preparations alone so I am planning to ask for the help of the other maid of honor which happened to be the sister’s bride in selecting the design for our wedding shower invitations as well as in distributing the invitations bridal shower to her sister's friends.

The first thing that we have to do is to find a perfect place for this event but I still have any idea about this so I guess I just have to start with the bridal shower invitations instead. But before that, I still have to make a list of names who will be invited in the bridal shower so that I will be able to know, how many Bridal Invitations Shower should be made.

Oh well, I think that’s all for now. I still need to think of new ideas on what to do during the event and I will have to talk to the sister’s bride so we can finalize everything.

Php 500 for a Car Damage

Last June 20, my family went to Tagaytay (and I wasn’t able to come) because my brother wants to show the place for their wedding reception to our uncle who is an architect. He asked for our uncle’s opinion if they still need to decorate the place with flowers and other plants and he thought that putting additional flower arrangements will be too much and it will be redundant since their reception is a garden that has obviously natural plants.

Well anyway, while they were on their way to Tagaytay, my sister’s car got into an accident. My dad was the one driving it but good thing no one got hurt. A ten wheeler truck bumped them and the driver didn’t even stop to check on what happened. He continued to drive as if nothing happened. But my dad tried to follow him and fortunately, the truck driver stopped and finally talked to them. The driver gave them Php500 for the damage which is obviously not enough for the repair. Good thing they have insurance quotes which will cover the expenses for their car.

I just pray that things like this will never happen again. And I hope that the truck drivers and also the bus drivers will soon realize how rude they drive.

Yes Indeed!

Your Relationship is Strong

You've built the foundation of a great relationship, and it would take a lot to shake it.

Through good communication and respect, you have a true love that can last a lifetime.

Keep doing what you're doing, and your relationship should stay healthy for a long time.

Everyone has rough patches. It's all about surviving them together and coming out stronger.

Her Cute Little Drama

For weeks now, my silly but very pretty niece Bela has been wearing different costumes at home. I really don’t know what drives her to do that because whenever she wears her costumes, especially her lion costume which she used during her program at school, and we really find it difficult to ask her to wear a nice dress at home. Even when she goes out to play, she still wears one of her costumes.

I honestly don’t know how this “drama” started. But whenever she wears her sexy costumes, everyone who sees her finds her so cute and really adorable. And not only that, whenever she’s in her costumes, she always asks for a camera and she will voluntarily pose for us to take her pictures. So can you imagine how bubbly is my niece?

Oh well, I just wish that Bela will soon get tired of wearing her costumes and instead wears her fabulous casual dresses so she can be more fashionable and cutie. LOL!

Final Plans

I think it’s now final. My sister’s hubby has finally decided to push through with his plans for their house at Bulacan. He really wants to do landscaping and he has already chosen the plants that he wants for their house. He already talked their landscaper who happened to be the cousin of my dad. Furthermore, he also wants to have their own Butterfly farm for her daughter but they are taking things one step at a time.

Likewise, they are setting things in the right order for them to avoid conflicts for their properties. As a good start, they already applied for mortgage life insurance for the security of their house which is now newly renovated. Of course, they want to make sure of their safety since they have invested a lot for this property.

In addition, they are now planning to move there as my sister’s husband really wants to live there but unfortunately, my sister doesn’t like it because it is a bit far from the city and it will be harder for her to travel from there to her office.

Well I just hope that they will be able to come up with successful plans as these are the things that they really want to own.
